Payment options
Once you have browsed our store and decided on the items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of payment options designed to suit you. Your details will be kept safe and secure. We use PayPal, one of the leading e-commerce PSPs (payment service providers).
We accept all major credit card and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, UK Maestro, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron (at our discretion).
You can also place your order with Human Design UK by telephone by calling us on. When you call, please have to hand the details of the titles you would like to order, the address you would like them to be sent to, and your preferred payment method.
Deliveries
We aim to despatch your orders as quickly as possible - most will be despatched within 7 days of receipt of order. In practice this usually takes place within 48 hours of receipt of order. You will advised if there is any likelihood of delay.
Our standard postage charges are based on the approximate weight of the items and the country to which the order is to be shipped. The exact postal charges for any particular order are shown on the shopping cart page. For the heavier books there is a Printed Paper Discount available for orders going outside the UK. Simply select between Europe and Rest of World and the book will be discounted on your shopping cart.
Security
At Human Design UK, data security is one of our highest priorities. Your credit card order is handled by PayPal, one of the leading Internet payment service providers. They will accept your card details over a secure connection. We do not see or retain customers' credit card information.
Guarantee
We guarantee that all items are sent to you in good condition. If goods arrive in less than good condition, please return them to us within 14 days for a replacement.
Price and availability
Goods are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. We also reserve the right to vary prices up or down without notice.
Terms of Trade
1. Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Human Design UK and/or Human Design Films to you. We may amend these terms from time to time. Any alteration in our Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Human Design UK website.
2. Human Design UK's contract with you
No contract shall exist between you and Human Design UK until we has sent to you a confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Human Design UK is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on the Human Design UK site, or in the case of the unavailability of a product (see 3 below). Human Design UK reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.
By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
3. Pricing and Availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on Human Design UK Shop site. Such information is subject to change without notice. There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery methods that you choose. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Human Design UK needs to vary the price due to supplier price increases, tax changes, errors in pricing or for any other reason, following confirmation of your order, Human Design UK shall send you notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order.
4. Delivery of Goods
Human Design UK shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Human Design UK site are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Human Design UK may deliver items ordered separately, but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Your credit card will be debited on placement of your order. Any refunds necessary will usually be made directly back into your card account. Risk will pass to you on delivery of your goods.
5. The Human Design UK Guarantee and Returns Policy
If the goods received by you are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods, you can return them to Human Design UK for exchange, provided they are returned within 30 days from the date of order or 14 working days from receipt of goods, whichever is the shorter. In any circumstances, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of your order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the goods have been dispatched, provided you have given notice to Human Design UK within the seven days period and you have taken reasonable care to return the goods in good condition in appropriate packaging, you shall be entitled to a full refund.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Human Design UK shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
7. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
